So they were once a subject and son of Rocco (crazy scientist bro I have), having his face cut open in multiple places and gave him two more mouths (so three total) he has supersonic singing capabilities. Able to like break glass, walls, people all that stuff.

Along with that his singing can make people hypnotized to do what he wants and his singing can raise the dead so necromancer

As I said before he was a subject of Rocco and during that big police investigation ran out and escaped. Soooo unlike the others who got put into homes he sort of just, hid out in an abandoned asylum. Growing up with the animals inside and the ghosts he brought to life.

Nowadays he plays rock concerts in the asylum for all ghosts to dance and have fun too. He likes to summon them for funnies, I sort of imagine if he met anyone in the outside world he would be an older brother figure to Kat or smth similar
