Since it's Star Wars Day, I figured I might share this Star Wars Inspired Personal piece that I made last year. This was created while taking the amazing @learnsquared course for vehicle design led by the great @dirtysketch_ I had a lot of fun trying to nail down the Star Wars aesthetic with these and learned a ton while making these. If you have the opportunity to take the class I highly recommend it! For those that are interested, Nearly all of this was modeled in Zbrush, with some of the greeble work being done in Blender. The shots were rendered in Octane Renderer and then overpainted in Photoshop. Here's my final Blue Beetle Concept! Just an FYI this is not official DCUO work (yes I like to play around with DC Characters even in my free time! I am a fanboy afterall LOL)! I had a lot of fun with this one as a practice piece for hard surface sculpting and ultimately I imagined this as a possibility of what Blue Beetle could look like in the #snyderverse.
