Whoa. Okay. That is unanimously a âyes, move Kirby to the multiâ choice that Iâm seeing, there. Iâm surprised, is 2021 the year of âthe rpc finally drops the weird stigma against multmusesâ??? I hope so. I donât see this as a bad thing-- Moving Kirby to where heâd probably get more activity anyways is anything but.
I donât intend on making a huge SAPPY post, itâs not like Iâve been out of the RPC, nor do I plan on leaving anytime soon, but. Hey. This is probably going to be one of the last posts of this blog, so why not.
This blog has over 2k followers, since I have never moved / rebooted over the years. Yeah Iâm dumb like that. Ever since I created this blog in 2015, Iâve changed my online presence in several ways, even if vague. Sure. I canât say all of my experiences in the rpc were good. It certainly was around 2018, aka âthe year I stopped being a doormatâ when I began to see kind of the ugly side with the rpc. The main issue with the rpc, and hell, any online community back in the day is that people really donât want to hear anything remotely negative about someone who creates content for them. Writing is a form of art, so people get REALLY mad when youâre fairly critical of their âwriting partnersâ behavior.Â
Legitimately, though. The good outweighs the bad for me, seeing as. Lol, I can just block the bad, itâs the internet. I donât need to prattle on about the bullshit I dealt with the past, itâs best not to dwell on stuff that youâve already personally moved on from. People donât gotta like me, and I donât gotta like them back. A philosophy that I legit think would help a lot of people.Â
Iâll be real! I donât have much of a presence on social media. I just have tumblrs and twitter as my main ones. Iâm very quiet and reserved, rarely joining big discord servers or groups at all. So of course it would be natural that I made a lot of friends over the years. Some people who went inactive in like, 2016 and I never saw again, to best friends Iâve been in contact with for years. I feel like Kirby, as a muse, made me more confident in writing. I started off my rpc âcareerâ with an embarrassing OC. I can acknowledge I wasnât the best writer in my youth, but I feel confident in saying that Iâm a pretty damn good writer now. And I think that confidence really helps.
I know I donât post about my personal life a lot, mostly because I make a harsh SPLIT between my real life and my social media life, but things have been looking up for me. Iâm hopefully going to be transferred into a full-on college by Spring of next year, and Iâve gotten more confident in how I present myself socially with others. It feels good. I canât say my life is perfect, there have been MANY bumps in the road, but you know what? Itâs always good to have this hobby to come back to after a long Friday of work.
So like. To all of the people that stuck with me? Even with those rough years of like, 2018-2019? Thanks. I appreciate it. To everyone whoâs dealing with their own stuff right now? I know youâre gonna get through it. To folks who are just lurking on my blog(s)? Iâm glad you like my writing.

Thinkin about this blog. I think my kirby fixation has finally REALLY died down for real, here. With all of the events and plots Iâve done, and, generally speaking, just. The stuff Iâve done in general, Iâm kind of at a farse for interactions in comparison to my multi.

Out of nowhere appeared a dark portal, and from within it descended a familiar gloved hand floating within a cloaked arm. It gently placed down a bag of round chocolates in front of Kirby before Death's face poked out, offering a kind smile. "Happy Birthday, Kirby. It might not be much, but I've been rather busy as of late. I do hope you enjoy your day!"
 Ah, portals. Something that he had gotten used to over the years. Heâs had a lot of instances of portals popping up and either taking him where he needs to go, taking him somewhere weird, or generally just coughing up other people. Funny things, they were. He perks up at the familiar bony face of Death himself, and as casually as ever, he smiles.
  âI appreciate it, either way!â You donât have to give him a giant cake, Dedede sends him one all of the time and CLAIMS it was from the Waddle Dees, âI know people are super busy, but itâs nice for you to stop by. Here!â
 Kirby plucks a... Oh god that cupcake was so pink. Strawberry cupcake with pink frosting AND pink sprinkles. Would be hard to look at if you didnât like the color pink.
 âYou can have this. I--â Awkward pause. D... Did Death even need to eat... â--You can give it to someone else if you donât wanna eat it, pwai.â
Kirby gets one unmasked kissie for his b-day! How thoughtful.
 Ah yes, the good ol Popstar tradition of just giving people platonic kisses. Kirby didnât know why some folks found it weird, it was just. A kissie. Meta Knight even had the decency to take off his mask rater than just bonking his mask into Kirbyâs face and calling it a day. The fact that Meta Knight took his mask off was an event of its own, though.
  âNow, whereâs my signed Galaxia replica, poy?â

  âIâm joking, bwaha! Good to see you, Meta.â
     âHappy Birthday, Kirby!â There comes the cube-shaped fan, arriving on time with a gift. This time, however, he was accompanied by an similarly-sized UFO donning a chef outfit and bringing in their own gift as well.
     âUFO and I got you some presents from Earth!â Qbbyâs gift was a handmade doll replica. For some reason, playing around with it lets out the small jingling of bells. âI heard this toy usually sells out during the holiday season on that planet, but UFO here managed to hide a few spare ones for me to buy from the Toy Shop that they work in.â
    âUh-huh! Qbby say Kirby birthday today. Master chef⌠let UFO and 2FO make cake in Restaurant. UFO hope Kirby like cake.â Earth-made Strawberry Shortcake. From high-class gourmet ingredients. Surely nothing could go wrong there, right?
  âIâve been looking through a telescope for four days and have come to the conclusion that Popstar isnât gonna deal with any big bads anytime soon, so I can safely celebrate my birthday thatâs coming up in just a bit, pwai.â

  âWaaaa...â Kirby canât help but say in vague amazement as heâs given the weapon. Kirby had been absolutely fascinated with âunconventionalâ and âunknownâ weapons for a while. Swords and hammers were great, always, but seeing people compromise with metal pipes from the wall or even new weapons Kirby hadnât seen too often was always a nice change of pace.Â
 âI think I remember how I saw someone use this, you gotta stun them and hit them really hard, pwai, right?â He SWEAR heâs been bonked with this type of weapon before.Â
âI donât know, but cake is good!â Simple enough answer. âI love cake! Too bad itâs mostly for parties⌠but itâs probably a good thing that consumption is usually far in-betweenâŚâ
  âThereâs plenty of different cakes for different things, though. Thereâs smaller stuff like strawberry shortcakes that you can make whenever, cupcakes that can be made in batches, or even cheesecake which is usually for fancy dinners, pwai...â
  âI think about cakes, a lot. Who invented them, poyo? They had to be smart, putting flour and stuff together like that... Wonder who kept building upon it with frosting? History is wild.â
