More chaos in Pinner Village Gardens. A large branch from an oak tree has fallen by the path near the playground. I wonder how long it will sit there?

Our local park seems to have lost favour with Harrow council. It's been selectively and minimally mown, the water fountain has been smashed and the bins are overflowing. Is this typical of Harrow parks? Is this an example of cost cutting? Let me know.
