he takes a quick glimpse at his clipboard. twenty-seven tallies, and it’s starting to look like he’s right. but twenty-seven isn’t enough; he needs an OVERWHELMING majority before he can rub it in his friend’s face. “so what about you? which of the seven deadly sins do you represent most——and WHY?”
Typically she’d answer the question with a resounding no. I’ve got to study, I’e got research to do, and anything that may have been school related. She’d been in one of those moods again, feeling lesser than her siblings after going on facebook and though her mind was on the library, she still found herself stopping at the question.
“Uh, well--” she held her hand up to her face as if actually pondering the question, but she knew the answer. Envy was her biggest downfall. “That’s tough,” she lied with a one shouldered shrug. “I could say gluttony cause I can put down a plate of nachos like my life depends on it or I could say pride cause I can be super braggy but--” she tilted her head. “Let’s go with pride. M’definitely one of those assholes that throws good grades in everyone’s faces.”
