Eh I may love the sea but I don’t think bein’ a merman is right for me. I much prefer being human.

Archie, given how much you love the sea... as a kid, were you ever a fan of mermaids/mermen?

I wasn’t sure whether to believe them or not as a child. However I wanted to try and see one, to see if they did exist.

Archie, what are your hobbies when you're not running Team Aqua?

Well I usually train up my Sharpedo and walk along Lilycove’s beach, watchin’ the waves. However I am leader of Team Aqua, so I rarely have time to myself. My grunts need me there.

He bumps into his admin and friend while walking through the base and smiles up at him. He’s wearing casual clothes, a sign he wants to leave the base for things not related to their mission. “Hey bro, sorry for not talkin’ much! I was actually on my way to find you, do you want to head out and have a few drinks or something?”

A bright beaming smile crossed the large admin’s features when he caught sight of his bro. It wasn’t often he got to see the boss out of his uniform but he couldn’t say it wasn’t nice too see now and then. “You’re always busy. It’s to be expected of the leader.” 

Archie was taking care of his team there was no need to be sorry for doing what was right for everyone. “Say no to spending time with my bro? What sort of person do you take me for? Ahaha!”

A smile twitched at the corners of his lips as Matt agreed. He’d expected that of course, both of his admins were loyal friends, sometimes even more like family, and he knew Matt would agree to go out for a few drinks. He reached out and gave him a hearty slap on the back.

“You’re a fine bro, that’s what you are. How about you get changed and I’ll wait by the entrance? For once I don’t want to draw attention to myself,” he chuckled. It also explained why he’d taken the bandana off. By now the logo of Team Aqua was unmistakable and wearing it around like that would cause more trouble than he would like.
