For anyone who has an Airbnb I think this would be something your guests would love. I also think adding a nice desk, desk chair, an Apple iMac and color printer/copier/scanner would be a huge selling point for any Airbnb. You can pick up a good, used iMac on Facebook market place, Craigslist, or eBay for <$500 and a decent color printer/copier/scanner at Walmart for <$50. You can get a cool desk and chair at Target, TJ Max, Marshal’s, or Homegoods for <$150 easily. So for a less than $1,000 investment I bet you could easily increase your Airbnb bookings AT LEAST by 25%-30%, maybe more.
