Adopts/Customs/CS TOS

1) You are allowed to change up the designs that you purchase from me, but the changes MUST be minimal. The design must still be recognizable from what it was.

1a) For anything CS related, the design changes have to be sent to me so I can check. This is because of the whole trait thing, you can’t give traits that they didn’t have prior unless you’ve discussed it with me!

2) DO NOT sell any designs you get from me for more than bought unless additional art has been added on.
