@pithchewer
Skirting cut from pvc trim scraps. Porch is almost complete. Love how this turned out after making a decision to divert from using white lattice.
Finished my idea for a mobile battery board so that I can bring my batteries in from the garage when it's below freezing. 3D printed holders mounted with French cleat for easy in and out.
Air tool storage and piggy back tank upgrade
First regulator was shit. This one is working perfectly.
Finally, I figured out correct dog hole usage and methods. No more crazy jigs, just pin it down, and you're done. Cool brass dog hole vises help with obscure pieces. Upgrade!
Found a place for all the holdfasts and dogs.
1st coats of finish. Christmas presents. 🎄
Parquetry barn quilt #2
24"
Not sure but it's a start.
Next design concept.
Glue ups stress me out. Probably got alot of sanding to do on this guy.
Redwood, Maple, Pine
Amish inspired barn quilt
Layout (almost) done
Need to build the frame another night.
Making more french cleat tool holders. It's calming to give things a proper home. This one is for a scrub plane.
The control rack tower is done. I'm very pleased with the portability and sturdiness. Modular and Upgraded. Now for a good tuning session.
Last amp case glued up just have to sand it down. Ordered some red rack lights.
I had my helper (even though she's sick she still helps daddy)
We built the caster cart for the bottom of the rack case. I reused a routed art piece that my buddy Nick B. did on a CNC machine. The artist is Jacob Yona.
Solid 4in Casters and doubled up the ply to reinforce. I routed the spot for the feet. Should make a solid platform!
Second up is the first of two 4u cases that will house the amps. The stacking fits and works well. Happy with the feel of them so far. Solid and modular. Probably going to build a bottom caster cart to be able to set it up and move it if need be.
