this is my intro post, i’m not a very seasoned poster so bear with me

-my name is axel hello

-pronouns are he/they and i am aroace

-i’m an artist and i like drawing sometimes so occasionally i’ll post stuff! some screenshots may be crunchy and i am also bad at art mb

-i am also a writer! (mildly). occasionally i’ll talk about + draw my ocs because i’m obsessed with them

-i’m a HUGE fan of commentary youtube! it’ll take forever to list all the youtubers i like, but some of my favorites are: d’angelo wallace, annamarie forcino, chad chad, jarvis johnson, kurtis conner, drew gooden, danny gonzalez, funkyfrogbait, and also some more!

-i also like mcyt, but only specific creators (most of which are more variety streamers than mc): ranboo, aimsey, snifferish, guqqie, purpled, and some more

-i am a fan of epic the musical, smosh, castoff, and parkour civilization!!!

-my special interests are purpled (cc) and sad boyz (podcast). i have adhd and i sometimes am Not Normal about my special interests so be warned

-oh also i love bullying my best friend query aka @queer-e-conundrum so watch out for that

I've been wanting to say this for bit, it's just hard to put into words. I've noticed a large push away from body diversity and a dive back into intense diet culture geared towards young women and fem presenting people in the west - which I know is so much of my audience.

Please, do not let others tell you your value based off of weight. Often these standards are pushed under the guise of health, but healthy is different for everyone. There is no singular physical manifestation that could encompass healthy for all eight billion humans.

The reality is these standards and expectations more often push people into unhealthy habits than healthy ones. As a teen I myself fell into disordered eating, and even six years later I still deal with negative health consequences today.

If you truly wish to improve yourself, focus on the relationship YOU have with YOUR body. Not the relationship others have with it, it's not about them. I know it's hard, and that the world is often unkind to those who reside outside of conventional beauty, but the reality is that it is everchanging and we all designed to fall out of a race never designed with health and happiness in mind.

There will always be people who appreciate you, and the first one you can meet is yourself.

Last, idk take your calcium and vitamin D folks, cause my trainer said your bone density is pretty much set by your 20s.
