"Lovers Against the Rocks" is the title track of the 2015 release by Cremation Lily, an influential project by British artist Zen Zsigo. Originally a limited-edition cassette on the Strange Rules label, this work is a definitive example of what Zen does best: courting the softness of ambient by the edge of shattered noise. It serves as a raw, early entry in a massive discography that bridges the gap between abrasive noise and the atmospheric electronics found in his later studio albums.

Progress pictures of this blue monochromatic oil painting I've been working on. This is a still life of one of my teapot sets.

This is oil paint on canvas- and this is probably as close to photorealism as I get.

This is mostly ultramarine blue with some phthalo and ultramarine violet mixed in by accident (haha, I need to go back over those areas to harmonize them better- not that anyone notices...)
