i got a tattoo last week so i didnt restrict that day cus i didnt wanna be faint and then the next day i had to go to the ER for a different reason so i didnt restrict that day either and then the other days i have no excuse i was just being dumb but they weighed me today at the doctors and i immediately wanted to die sooo wtf i set myself back so far in just 7 days
i was off this app for a little over a week and i feel disgusting glad to be back lol
i luuuuuv salad omg i am so full and its like less than 130 calories (rounded way up cus i used a tbsp of ranch so im like AAAA) literally my dinner in total was worth 653 but i am literally so full and didnt even eat half this feels illegal i feel like i just binged or smth lol i have to keep reminding myself of how many calories i had today like calm down bitch
tomorrow is gnna b a meta day for me bc i am getting a tattoo lol idk if im going to count cals tomorrow bc i feel like i am going to stress if i do but i am also going to stress if i dont know LMAO so we’ll see however today i am doing good so far i might try to start meal planning idk anyways how are u guys
