Here is a list of edible flowers!
Personally I have used Chrysanthemums, Micro Marigolds, Marigolds and Carnations in my fruit drinks, cocktails and teas. One of my favorite drinks to make is a Mezcal Marigold Margarita; it includes Marigold flowers, salt, lime, Mezcal, and a Marigold syrup you create with it(a link for the recipe I use will be posted below).
Using flowers in your foods and drinks adds a flavor that, not only tastes great, but makes you feel great as well. Most flowers are rich in Vitamin C, whether cooked or raw.
For example, consuming the Calendula flower(whether the basic flower or extract) will reep a variety of benefits. Calendula's are jam packed full of antioxidants, which transforms into Vitamin A when digested; this is known to help maintain vision and healthy skin.
A flower that is not mentioned above is the Hibiscus Flower; you can eat this flower raw, but it is usually made into teas, relishes, jams, and more. Consuming this flower can lower blood pressure, promote weight loss, upset stomach, and many other benefits.
