No i never did!!! :’((( I had so much going on where I moved and then i didn’t have a workspace or time so I just ended up doing a character sheet but no animation. BUTTT i do wanna end up finishing it up! Or just animating more in general hehe

Haha, it’s been so long now since I’ve drawn the Baudelaires! Tho I’ll never truly be over them! They’re kinda just based off of my own ideas of what I thought they looked like, described from the books. I can’t help but admit that Brett Helquist’s art has heavily influenced me, however! 

Honestly, for me, the only way to make the characters and the world really feel real is to make them super stylized !!! They don’t feel right when overly realistic or rendered or even beautiful. There needs to be some sharpness, some oddness, some kind of awkwardness in the way that they’re drawn cause that just makes them feel more sad! And let’s be real, they’re a gloomy bunch :(((
