I am looking for a very organized person to meet me at my studio each day, answer the busy phone line, schedule me, book all clients with tattoo deposits, give all clients our new address and studio directions, assist clients into the studio, set me up for my tattoos, make clients comfortable if they are waiting, get clients paid after their tattoo, book me at tattoo conventions, manage the studio, run ads for the studio including ads of merchandise for my other company “Slave to the Label”. Keep a good inventory on supplies, stock supplies and order tattoo and piercing supplies. All super easy stuff. Must enjoy keeping busy with minimal direction. Must take direction well , when direction is given. Having creative and artistic talents would be a huge advantage to your application. I would love to have you aid in creating stencils for my artwork and my clients requests. Being artistic is not a dealbreaker. Being organized and experienced in secretarial or administration is far more important. Must be fun and friendly. The position really is Perfect if your interested in getting into the tattoo industry. This is not a formal tattooing apprenticeship , but will greatly help you become an amazing tattoo artist in the formal tattoo industry.
