Daphne has a staring problem. It’s gotten to the point where they have to work out separately otherwise Daphne won’t work out and just stare at Oz doing his reps.
Oz will sometimes roll his chair over to Daphne’s side of their desks and annoy her for no reason whatsoever when they aren’t doing something important. Daphne secretly loves it but won’t tell Oz because it would ruin the novelty
Daphne is such a daddy’s girl so when Oz meets Daphne’s dad he’s sweating bullets because he obviously wants to impress him. Daphne’s dad tries acting all gruff but drops the act and has a good time joking around with Oz and later tells Daphne "I think he’s perfect for you".
Daphne had never really wanted kids until she started dating Oz. On the rare occasions that they worked with kids he’s so gentle with them and it lowkey gives her baby fever.
Daphne makes Oz participate in her spa days. They sit in face masks and robes and watch movies and Oz pretends that he hates it but he does like it when his skin is all glowy the next day.
They bicker. Constantly. Since the day they met and probably until the day they die. It’s always about something silly and is resolved in 10 minutes tops. It serves as great entertainment for the bullpen.
They have keys to each other’s apartments.
Oz makes breakfast for Daphne on weekends and holidays. On days where they’re simply too busy for breakfast he makes it up to her by bringing her snacks.
Daphne is very particular about her coffee. Make it wrong and she won’t drink it and then she’ll be grouchy for the rest of the day. It takes Oz exactly a week into their partnership to memorize her exact coffee order. Daphne was so touched that she offered to share her lollipops [which she never did]. It was one of the things that helped bridge the gap from strangers to friends and eventually lovers.
Their first date was a police gala. This is the gala where Oz knocks down an ice sculpture because he was too busy checking Daphne out. Daphne still to this day gives him shit about it and Oz accepts it with no complaints because she was smoking hot in that dress and he would probably do it again.
