The Sculptural Marvels of Justin Gaffrey’s Art

Justin Gaffrey was a chef before becoming a visual artist. His art is textural, and he also creates sculptures. Some of his works is created using latex caulk mixed with house paint, which is then applied with a palette knife. This gives the work a raised appearance, and yet in Justin’s hands it takes on a delicate feeling.The sculptures created by Justin evoke a deconstructed and symbolic approach to art, but they retain a coherence and beautiful balance.
