I think i need to break up with my boyfriend . We’ve been dating for 3 months now I think and i think the feelings i had for him were actually platonic feelings i mistook for romantic . Like , idk but also hes by best friend at the same time . I think i just need to let him go .

i cant find any advice on this really , theres so much advice on dealing with breakups and not enough with breaking up with someone you truly care about .

Actually , no i wont tell you that . I do NOT encourage the use of Benadryl as a recreational drug . It is NOT safe and it is NOT healthy . I do it as a form of self harm , because it is legitimately dangerous , like theres active campaigning to revoke its over the counter status in the united states . It can cause dangerous cardiac effects , seizures and long term use can give you dementia . The high doesnt even feel good , im not gonna lie . It gives me headaches , nausea , the most horrible dry mouth i have ever experienced . I may be a frequent Benadryl user but i do not encourage it at all . It really isnt worth it too …… i have to take quite a bit to feel anything and it just makes me feel like shit mostly
