A Little About Me

I have posted this before but took it down, so I decided to repost it. These ideas need to be revisited and updated to see if the propose concept is indeed valid and feasible under today technologies.

How many of you remember taking a bath in a wash tub like this? When was growing up between the age of 7 and 8 my father bought a farm, the house was a combination of old (built in the 1790′s) and modern. Tired of being fat and binging. Trying not to be too hard on myself atm as it’s my totm and I suffer from such bad cramps and pain that I can’t get out of bed/walk for more than a few minutes without severe stomach and back pain. Here’s a new set of rules I’m laying out for myself for a month. I’ve to stick to this for thirty days so until June 9th.

No more than 500 cals a day (I usually do 400-450 but I’ll be less likely to binge if I set it slightly higher so I know I have that leeway)

MUST exercise every day with home workouts

MUST go to the gym and run/walk 5k twice a week at least

For every 10 cals I go above my limit I MUST run/walk an extra 1k per gym sesh that week

Daily home workout routine:

80 crunches

100 jumping jacks

80 lunges

100 high knees

80 squats

60 sec plank x2

10 push ups

60 sec x2 running on spot

The only thing wrong with your diet is the fact that your body will think your trying to starve yourself and goes into a mode to save as much it can as body fat. Cut back on processed food, carbonated beverages, artificial sweeteners, and refined sources of sugar. Eat clean, eat healthy, go for more raw natural foods, and cook for yourself. I have lose 65 lbs. over the last year cutting back on the crappy food that I once ate. You can do so also.
