Moon to Moon: Tour of Dreamy secluded Tree house
Detroit: 6 bed 6 bath $595,000
File under houses way out of my league. I’m in love with the style and the luxury. That closest!!!! I want these people to adopt me, they bought this house for $90,000. It was built in 1917 and they restored it beautifully. Keeping the classic tudor look but making it modern, i’m in love. There were so many more pictures I wanted to post but these were my favorites. Mortgage is estimated at $2,252/month with a down payment of over $100k. Dreams if I marry rich or my writing career takes off.
Lancaster PA: 2 bed 1 bath $87,900
I dont like the idea of living in a space like this but the house is really well priced for how nice it is. Its in amazing shape for being built in 1880 and that room has a huge closest. I would love more of a yard but a mortgage of $351/month is really good.
Manchester NH: $260,000 4 bed 3 bath
I think i’m just in love with Victorian homes. Obsessed with the furniture, incredibly well kept given that it was built in 1898. $985/month is still less than what my parents pay but i’m sure taxes inflate that a bit. However cost of living is reasonable.
Detroit: 5 bed, 3.5 bath $200,000
I’m in love with this strange ass house. That weird fish fountain and checkered floors, I bet the walls in this home have some stories to tell. $766/month estimated mortgage and built in 1923. Needs fixing up for sure but it’s stunning, if I was older and financially stable I honestly might of bought it.
Detroit: 6 bed, 4 bath $149,400
I am OBSESSED with this house. Built in 1904 it looks like it’s from a classic novel. They estimate the mortgage at $575/month. I want to walk around this house it’s incredible.
Detroit: 4 bed, 1 bath. $195,000
Built in 1910 this house is in a historic district and has been remodeled. It’s beautiful and i’m curious as to why its so cheap. I’m in love with those cabinets and the front door and the mortgage would be roughly $736/month. Living and teaching in Detroit is slowly growing on me.
