A long time ago, this place was best known for its stunning fabrics. But after the Great Sloth Invasion, too many plants and animals were lost and the town slowly became a ghost town. Nowadays, the old factories are turned into living spaces, and the town is starting to flourish again.
Now, you might wonder, why’d you build... this as your dream loft home? Well, let me walk you through it. Near the entrance is plenty of space to make music, even giving the possibility to play for guests (I know, it’s a large sofa). I also would love to have a two-sided fireplace.
The little bar in the kitchen is essential, obviously, as older homes tend to use support beams, and not all of them can safely be removed. Hence the “support” wall and columns still being there (don’t @ me, I’m making this up on the spot). The dining area has a lot of stocked wine racks. I aspire to have some, but that many... isn’t really reasonable, is it?
Up on the loft is a cozy bedroom space (I just love these artworks from Tiny Living) and a walk in closet. In the office is room for two desks, because I need my space. Realistically one would probably be covered in to-do-notes and the other for daily use. The bathroom has a separate bath, as I love a good soak every now and then.
A starter house with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and lots of room to expand.

On October 17th, 2019 I uploaded my very first build to the gallery, and today it's time for my 200th upload! This is one of the very first houses I built in TS4 but I've continuously played in and made changes to it, all while keeping it base game compatible. I'd like to thank you all for your support, downloads, likes, comments and follows: I appreciate you all!
The Caboose used to be a water tower and its control room, but after Port Promise was connected to the main water network, the old tower was forgotten. Decades later, it was turned into an exclusive place to live.
