Apartment: Colorful Girly (Studio) Apartment (CC-FREE)
Sooo, i got City Living. And i like it.
This is my second apartment i ever made, and i think it turned out pretty good!
I build it with a (single) girl in mind, but by all means, you can EASILY turn this into a more manly apartment, just chance the colorscheme!
I actually wanted to make it a japanese-inspired apartment, but not the average Japan - the more colorful and futuristic (Anyone seen Shoshanna’s apartment on Girls?) Please don’t tell me it looks nothing like Japan - it is only slightly inspired!
PLEASE NOTICE (!!!) In order for the apartment to upload to the gallery i had to delete a wall in the bathroom, so the apartment would be considered a room.
This time, no freaking CC! (I am so proud, lol) And i only used 2 packs (And you can even leave out spa day if you don’t own it. Spa day items in this build: (The bamboo-plants, the white seperator on the floor between kitchen and living area, and the little dish with stuff on the dresser - that is it, i think!)
Also, the apartment is located in the fashion district at the Torendi Tower.
Lot size: 6x12 (so small!)
Cost: §29.974 as a room
Rent: §500 - Deposit: §1000 - And i think about §26.000 for furniture
Required Packs: City Living and Spa day.
To install, download the ZIP file from the link below. Extract the folder and copy its contents (there should be 7 files total) into your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray folder.
