There are conferences and conventions going on all over the world, there are conventions for fandoms and conferences for religious leaders and so much more.  What kind of con, then, is missing?  I'd say that what is missing is a conference that focuses on creating a safe space for non-straight and non-cis people of all ages to come together to learn and grow as people.
