Who else is so excited that your children go back to school this week after the christmas holidays??!!! My three go back tomorrow, and i really can not wait! Don't get me wrong, i love my children more then life itself! and it has been an amazing christmas. But tomorrow cant come quick enough!!
Weight issues
All my life i have always been on the 'plumper' side. In junior school i was the only girl who wore a bra. my parents always told me not to worry, it's 'puppy fat' it will dissapear when i get a little older. All through secondry school i was the fat girl, always on the outside looking in. I'm now 24, and im even bigger! Just before i became pregnant with my eldest was when i was most happiest with my body, i was still a big girl but i was happy with the way i looked! In the short space of 5 years i have put on weight dramaticly, i never really noticed how big i really until the summer of 2015. i had been a member at our local slimming world several times in my life, way to many times to be honest. i never stuck to it. i'd loose about a stone in weight and give up. i love my food to much! i want to be able to sit and have a hotchocolate with cream, marshmellows and sprinkles with my daughter and not feel guilty while im doing it. but it's now getting to the point where i look at myself in the mirror and hate the woman that's looking back at me! my little boy asks me why my belly is so big :o (he doesnt realise how it makes me feel, hes only 4) so, this year i WILL be doing something about my weight! i'm not going on a diet, i hate that word so much. instead im taking the path to being HEALTHY. making better choices not just for my weight but for my mind and my family too! :)
Blog
I've never wrote a blog before,and there is a slight nerving sensation just thinking about it. maybe its the thought that people I know and maybe even people I have never met might be one day reading this. Thereās two main reasons why I'm starting this, firstly is when I have finally reached my goal is the look back and see how far I've come, and to never go back. The second reason is to maybe, hopefully give another person the motivation or belief they need to also change there life for the better. not for other people, but for themselves!
