TS4- Horsing Around Pose Pack

All pics are thanks to the amazing @herecirmsims who tested this pack out for me, since I don't have Horse Ranch but I did wanna make some horse poses. At first they were just gonna be a few solo and then I got carried away. The kicking one is my favourite. Notes under the cut:

NOTES: - Counting individual poses, there are 21 of them. The human side of the 'horse portrait pose' is slightly edited from one of my other packs. - One of these poses has the tail completely straight on the image. This must have been a glitch because the pose in Blender has the tail curved. I sometimes get tail glitches posing animals in-game so it's not an issue with the pose itself. - Some issues seen on the pics of hooves sinking into the floor have been fixed (thanks Herecirm for telling me!) - Bucking pose, kicking pose, Portrait pose and Horse and Foal all require TELEPORT ANY SIM mod- X2 statues, exact same place and direction.

Strawberry snails

What's better than snails and strawberries? Strawberry snails! This is a pattern drawn and... patterened... by yours truly. I have to admit I traced Eli's strawberries, with his permission ofc bc he's lovely like that. I may have also use most of his palette, again with permission. He is also the one who taught me how to do this, answered all of my questions, and made a bunch of video tutorials for me whenever I was confused. So really, the credit goes 90% Eli, 10% me. Hello guys! I've been drawing a lot recently and I learned this technique of using cold undertones plus warm ones to paint shadows, so I thought it would be nice to make it to sims! You can use the color sliders with it to make them darker or change it's color. There are black/monotone versions as well ❤💙🖤

I made another mod too; self-preservation for the poor vampires!

This one has actually been up on curseforge for a little while now, I just kinda forgot about posting about it lol.

What this mod does is to fix the issue of vampires not doing anything to save themselves when they're burning in the sun. It turned out that the tunings for the vampires didn't have any coded responses to the sun buffs or timer beyond playing some annoyed idles.

So, I managed to copy the "run inside" interaction from Seasons that sims do when it thunders or rains and edited it and made it get pushed on vampire sims being burned by the sun.

I've even added some little reaction animations and buffs before, during and after for a little extra flavor, and these will differ depending on how badly burnt/close to death the vampire is, as well as on if they have any of the sun-related perks or weaknesses. For example, a vampire who's weak to the sun, or who got a bit too close to death, might hiss a little extra and get a little panicked while running, while one who's got some sun protection might only get annoyed.

In addition, if the interaction gets cancelled, the vampire sim will keep trying to run inside periodically if they're still burning. Vampires with the full sun protection perk or in the shade (such as holding an umbrella) will not run inside. If the vampire has any of the teleport powers, and has this enabled, they'll use that instead of running.

If Seasons is installed, they'll also hold their arms above their head while running (using the same animation as the original "run inside" animation). If you don't have seasons, they'll run normally.

okay i'm pretty sure most people know of tamo's amazing cc, but i use their stuff ALL THE TIME so it was essential for me to mention them! Their glasses are some of THE most essential cc items in my game, and I adore all of the swatches and the fact that they're available for multiple ages! As well as their awesome glasses, they also have some great jewellery and other cas items to check out, too!

so in general, liliili has some really neat CC - i really love a lot of their clothing items, there's so many fun swatches! But their accessories are really awesome - especially hats! I love giving sims hats but it can be a struggle sometimes to find ones, but liliili has some really cool ones! Plus, a load of great glasses, and their set of accessory tops are SO cool - multiple types of shirts, including collared shirts and zipped up tracksuit ones (pictured above), all with a load of great and versatile swatches!

alright i love quirky earrings (more of those after!!), and tukete has some super cool ones! i LOVE the vampire fang ones, and the pumpkins! Their horn rim glasses edit (pictured above) is another MUST HAVE for me, because i LOVE those glasses but always wanted more swatches and non-sunglasses versions! AND! shirt graphic overlays!!! being able to turn any plain top into one with a bunch of fun graphics is SO brilliant, and really helps capture a sims' personality more.

i mentioned quirky earrings, right? because squasha's cc is a GOLD MINE of incredible earrings - they do other awesome CC, too, but the earrings are of course my most beloved. sometimes your sims just need little rat earrings, okay? I'm not sure if they're still active on tumblr or not, but you can find their downloads here!

aaaaaaaand rounding this post off with my FAVOURITE nail cc! i hope that we all know by now that i LOVE lots of colour and patterns, and kissyck's nails? PERFECTION!!!!!! SO many options - not just in terms of the swatches (which are AMAZING, BY THE WAY) but nail shape/length, too! honestly, these are another 'must haves' in my CC folder, and my game would be seriously lacking without them.

I hope this helps! Like I said, I don't use all that much accessory CC, but you could never tear me away from the ones I do use, because they're brilliant and add a lot of joy to my sims and my game!
