when you accidentally commit to a deadline in a client meeting without checking with your team

when your client emails you trying to scope creep but you’re maxed out on budget, time, and change orders

when you’re loading a development site at the same time it’s being updated by the team but don’t realize that at first

when someone brags about how their organization doesn’t “need” project managers

when all of your projects are launching and you’re about to have some major you-time in the weeks ahead

when red flags are appearing in your client relationship but you need to focus getting things done right now

when a project is running on time and on budget without any damage control needed...

when someone suggests you take notes in a meeting because “you’re used to it anyway” as a pm

when you ask for your client’s web credentials and see what they’ve been using for passwords

when the client sends you their logos and image files embedded in a powerpoint

when you notice someone’s deployed directly to production without testing first

when your client gets you answers to all of your project questions and access needs ahead of schedule

when a task is turned back over to you and it doesn’t match any of the specs

when it’s monday and your calendar is already full of launches and kickoffs
