મોટો થયો છું..

કોઈની નાની લીટી ભૂંસ્યા વગર મોટો થયો છું , એકડો આજીજીનો ઘૂંટ્યા વગર મોટો થયો છું.

પ્હાડની છાતી ચીરીને મેં કર્યો છે માર્ગ મારો, મંદિરોના પથ્થરો પૂજ્યા વગર મોટો થયો છું.

કોઈ તનથી કોઈ મનથી તોડવા મથતા રહ્યાં પણ, સૌ પ્રહારો વેઠીને તૂટ્યા વગર મોટો થયો છું.

બાગ મારા ઘરની સામે જોઈ બહુ આનંદ થતો પણ, ફૂલ કે તાજી કળી ચૂંટ્યા વગર મોટો થયો છું.

જેટલી ક્ષમતા હતી બસ એટલું મેં લીધું છે જ્ઞાન, અડધી રાતે…

હું પોતાને નડ્યો છું.

તમારા પગ મહીં જ્યારે પડ્યો છું ; હું સમજ્યો એમ – આકાશે ચડ્યો છું.
