A couple things: Im plugging my nose because i noticed that I was breathing in too much air thru my nose which is the reason why peeps hit the pipe for a long time then barely blow shit out, more air than smoke. So plugging my nose makes sure everything goes thru the pipe which means more smoke. Dont believe me…try it.

When you got that last lil drip of shit rollin around dont roast that bitch cuz itll boil and burn and i dont know why i kept hitting it but thats the reason for the bitter beer face.

Hi! 23 years old bottom here who’s just too adventurous. I’ve been hiding about blowing clouds from my 28 years old boyfriend. He recently found out and I surrendered every truth there is to promise that our relationship would be transparent. After that confession, he suggested to give it a go. I spontaneously got up excitedly and forgot to tell him the do’s and don’t. It didn’t turn out as well as i’ve imagine and he personally think it’s bad for us. How can I convince him to try one more time?

My approach here is to first, talk about how it didn’t go well, and contextualize that within both your own experiences (good and bad) of partying, as well as your relationship with your boyfriend. Second, talk about what works for you when you party, your list of dos and dont’s, and why you want to share the experience of partying with him. During these discussions, you can judge his openness to partying again. If he is, don’t rush into it. Set aside the time to do it properly, and set clear expectations (Only the two of you or a group scene? Rubbers or natural? Etc.)

It is not clear that he will want to do it again. It sounds like there are some trust issues here, between you hiding your partying and a not-great first time. If you were to never party again with your boyfriend, how would you feel about that?

What is helpful in reducing the “oily” look (face mostly) after a couple days of partying?

First off, keep up your regular routines while you are partying: shower once a day? Shower while you are partying. Brush your teeth twice a day? Do it when you are partying. Moisturize in the morning? Keep it up while you’re partying.

However, this may be one of your body’s signs that you’re pushing yourself too far and too hard. Only in special circumstances do I suggest that my patients party for more than about 48 hours, and even then, knowing when to take (short) breaks is an important part of our work together.

How long are your party sessions? What are your goals in the longer sessions?

Hey Doc. I have a couple questions. 1. In your blog there is a "tweakers guide to the galaxy" that listed 33 things... you replied "so many wrong facts ... do not follow any of it." i'd love you to update it with correct information bc it would be very helpful. 2. there are tumblr posters selling T... is it safe to contact them? i assuming ABSOLUTELY NOT but would like your opinion.

For #1, in the small, there’s so much wrong with the list I’d end up striking most of it. In the large, I think the entire premise of the post is mis-guided, and I’m not sure if there is a way to write that post in a way that is factual, ethical, and useful. 

For #2, there may be legitimate dealers on Tumblr; I just have not contacted (or been contacted) any of them. The dealers I have had the best luck with understand that they are running a business, and a repeat customer is very valuable. They have always let me have a small sample to start off with (the proverbial “first one is free”). I have also started small and slowly grown my orders. That being said, my sense is that the majority of the advertisers are scams or traps.
