No because people don’t seem to understand. The scrambled letters, the Easter eggs, the hidden letters and messages, these are all tradition for us. No it’s not just promo, she’s doing this for us, we’ve been doing this from the beginning of her career.

We started by figuring out hidden messages in songs from her booklets to connecting barcodes all across the globe. I’m so excited, I’m so happy.

Taylor’s ability to reinvent herself with each album is like a magician pulling a new trick out of her hat every time. With TTPD she's not just flipping the script; she's rewriting the entire narrative. Her evolution as an artist is as mesmerizing as it is inspiring.

I’ve spent a week listening to this album and I’ve discovered a new emotion with each listen. There aren’t many artists like her anymore, for a song to get us so deep in thought in this day and age is simply art at its finest form.

My response to these comments about her and ttpd is, it’s not just SONGS. Her writings have become more poetical over the years, these are poems. And before people start saying that pftttt she writes lyrics it’s not a poem, many influential writers and poets in history had lyrical poems and that’s never devalued their art.

And Taylor having the artistic mind she has, she’s made AMAZING songs out of them too.

She’s brilliant and she’s making history and I know our kids will read her writings in the future. I’m getting emo good day/night ladies and gentlemen.

This album has so many references to her old songs and her own words. I can talk about the connections between some of the tracks to her old works forever.

The whole wave of people saying “Taylor’s whining about younger artists topping her” is extremely funny to me because first of all, she’s her own competition, and she’s always been nothing but supportive towards other artists, and she’s always constantly on top.

Second of all, if you ever think that just because she shared her vulnerability through her songs that means she’s whining then you understand nothing of art and poetry. We all have those moments, when we worry relentlessly about every single thing. When we’re sipping wine or having coffee just before sunrise, these type of thoughts have haunted all of us at least once if not more.

She’s as human as the next person. God forbid she ever expresses herself.
