Amy Adams got the boombox out of the backpack she still hadn’t taken off and put on “driver’s license” by Olivia Rodrigo.
“Go!” Amy shouted at Kristen. Zac got out a lawn chair from his truck and sat down on it. Kristen got up because she had been sitting down on the pavement and crying softly still and started to dance to Olivia Rodrigo’s song. She was performing choreography from the first third of the Dance of the Corncob Women.
And the whole time, her dress inflated, growing bigger and bigger, more bulbous and massive.
The song came to a close and Kristen Bell looked up from her ending pose and saw that Zac Efron was crying. He stood up, tears still pouring from his eyes, and began clapping like a man seized by true joy. He clapped and clapped and clapped. And as Kristen Bell looked and her eyes focused, she saw a whole crowd of drug addicts had formed behind where Zac Efron had been sitting in his lawn chair. They were all crying and clapping! The sound of a hundred or more drug addicts’ hands clapping filled the air. It was nearly deafening but Kristen was crying not from the pain of her ears but from the happiness in her heart! She was so moved that she had touched so many drug addicts with her ballet dancing. All those months of private lessons were really paying off.
“That was beautiful!” someone shouted. “Just incredible!”
Amy Adams placed the popcorn tip bag on the ground in front of the heaving, flushed Kristen Bell in her inflated popcorn cob dress. Zac Efron came forward first and placed $6000 all in one hundred dollar bills into the popcorn tip bag.
“Thank you, Kristen Bell! Thank you! I was going to spend this $6000 all on drugs to support my drug addiction but after seeing the beautiful ballet you just performed to Olivia Rodrigo’s hit single “driver’s license” I am now so moved I will never do drugs again and I will devote my life to helping others like you helped me!”
More drug addicts started coming forward and putting thousands and thousands of dollars into the popcorn tip bag, all saying similar things to Zac. Kristen recognized many of them: Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, George Clooney, Ashton Kutcher, Taylor Swift, Josh Hutcherson, Ellen DeGeneres, Chrissy Teigen, and many other famous celebrities that Kristen had hobnobbed with at parties and socials and tea parties and all those famous celebrity events Kristen goes to all the time and sometimes even hosts!
“I will never do drugs again, thanks to you, Kristen Bell!”
