No one will ever fully be able to understand the internal battles you had to endure just to heal, just to grow, just to make it here today. Be proud of the way you fought to save yourself. Be proud of the way you survived.
Bianca Sparacino
It's okay to 'grieve' things that aren't just death. I've allowed myself to grieve a friendship ending, a situationship, losing something important to me, etc. It's okay to give yourself time to process the loss of something. Grief looks different for everyone, try to find a way that works for you to help make it easier for you.
Dear me,
You're nothing .
“You can love them, forgive them, want good things for them… But still move on without them.”
— Mandy Hale
“Give people time. Give people space. Don’t beg anyone to stay. Let them roam. What’s meant for you will always be yours.”
— Reyna Biddy
“Some words stay in your head long after they’re spoken.”
— Robin Roe
if they were meant to be in your life, nothing in the world could make them leave
