Personally, I’m not sure about Eileen being future Erza.

I’ve seen people say that that’s what it’ll end up being because the wound that Erza got from Kyoka will form the scar that Eileen has.

But, the wound that Erza got was farther up and to the left than the scar that Eileen has.

Scar tissue doesn’t change location.

So, my money’s on Erza being one of Eileen’s living weapons.

Or they’re twins. Or mother-daughter.
