and you know what? fuck you tim burton for being responsible for the very worst adaptation of sweeney todd ever made.

actually, scratch that. the worst adaption of any musical made ever. I do not understand the hype it gets, it is completely and utterly drab in every sense of the word.

do you like the color grey? because that is exactly how I would describe this film. it’s like as if a frozen dinner was a movie when the original was a five star entree.

I want you to compare the film’s rendition of ‘Epiphany’ to other versions of. notice a difference? those versions sound good. those versions aren’t sung by Johnny Depp who can’t reach the songs emotional tone for the life of him. He comes off as just an angsty Englishman. generic. he doesn’t come across as a man who watched his best chance of murdering the man who ruined his life just waltz out the door.

While you can say many, MANY things about the Friday the Thirteenth film series the one thing you can not say about them is that they’re boring.

A lot of long running franchises start reusing material after a while and become really redundant. Not Friday the Thirteenth films. They just kept putting that motherfucker in situations and frankly it worked

I wish I collected Ever After High dolls when they were being produced because I loved everything about them besides the material their clothes were made of. Maybe that’s why I was so drawn to Monster High dolls as a kid because I hated that scratchy paper thin fabric
