Ok, the Rocket Vending Machine is very clever and I kind of love it. Also, i love how James obviously read the card with the moves but Jessie did not. 

Nice save with the Solar Beam, Ivysaur. With all that sunlight it should take no time to recharge.

Aww. Ivysaur and Bulbasaur using Vine Whip to Spider-man climb up the building is very cute! You think they would have done a survey of some kind before building a Gym there, though. Good thing they aren’t destructive Pokemon naturally.

So the Ivysaur are getting to the top of the Gym to evolve? So they can get the most sunlight. That’s actually very clever. Good job, boys.

Now stop being dumb and just accept the evitable friendship that is there. Even Pikachu is irritated by you butting heads in a not-friendly way.

Ok, i think it’s adorable that Goh is such a bad climber, considering that being a good climber is a very canon thing for Ash. So cute.

Ok, so the first conflict is in how they both approach getting involved with Pokemon.

Ash is, well, for lack of a better word, a Good Boi. He sees a creature in need, regardless of human or Pokemon, and wants to help, no matter how hurt he gets.

Goh, however, is a researcher. And he understands that getting involved in affairs between Pokemon is not always helpful and is in fact sometimes a hindrance.

Hopefully they can find a happy medium.
