my therapist forgot about me today, we went home without meeting one on one with him at all and feeling kinda angry about it. might need to challenge him to a battle next time i see him lol

today in group exercise i got pulled out to meet with my therapist and his partner Blaziken one on one. it went okay but i wish Avalon had been there with me, i left it behind with the rest of the group to keep exercising

afterwards, Avalon and i participated in a somatic therapy session for the first time with a different group leader and her partner Chingling. Avalon fell asleep during the session heheheh

the other day another trainer brought her Snom into group and i brought out Avalon so the two of them could meet each other with a friendly battle
