"You and Dean… You chose each other." "Yeah, I did. We did. And then… Dean made a choice for me."
Supernatural Season 9
This blink and you’ll miss it shot kills me.
Sam, who has just been held down by these guys and force fed demon blood against his will proceeds to beat them up and makes them leave the bar. Sam, who has a history throughout the show of being forced into doing shit he doesn’t want to do, and having his choices taken away from him, is rightfully furious about what has happened. We see this anger in the first GIF. But then, that anger slowly trickles away and he turns back to meet the gaze of the girl he met, and what is that anger replaced with? SHAME. Sam Winchester, the boy who doesn’t have a bad bone in his body, feels shame for an act that another group of humans forced him into. They antagonised him. They attacked him. They held him down. They fed him that blood. But Sam is the one who can’t look her in the eye. Sam is the one who probably has unimaginably negative thoughts of himself going through his head, because we all know how little self-worth he has, coupled with an equally low opinion of himself to match. He thinks that all of this was his fault, and that hurts. It’s all there in his expression, so kudos to Jared for this scene, it’s beautiful.
DEAN WINCHESTER and SAMUEL CAMPBELL in Supernatural (mostly season 6)
Samuel Campbell, they never make me like or forgive you. Ever.
Sam Winchester Appreciation Week 2025: Day Five - sam & music
Come on. You love this song and you know it. Yeah, and if I ever hear it again I'm gonna kill myself.

"Steve would never leave Bucky for Peggy"
Steve would NEVER look at Peggy, see how she moved on and found an intelligent, brave, loyal, war hero husband who supported and helped her build SHIELD and say 'yeah i'm better than him, let me ruin a marriage quick"
Friendly reminder, that Dan Sousa currently live with Daisy Johnson in 2010th, and Peggy is free. 🤣
back thinking about one of the best supernatural episodes of all time 4×14 "sex and violence" to say: how you can watch that episode and come away with the conclusion the episode’s message is to confirm dean winchester’s bisexuality or anything related to d*stiel shows a level of delusion and media illiteracy i don’t know can ever be cured…
the writing could not have made it more obvious for the audience. wincest lens or not, the point of the episode is to call attention to the idealized version of sam that dean craves and how that image clashes with the sam standing in front of him + the episode is one of the most obvious markers of the widening chasm of trust between the brothers in the season. the siren being a man isn’t a comment on dean’s sexuality, he functions as a direct stand-in for sam. to capture dean and his love, the siren fills the role of the “perfect little brother.” he likes dean’s car, his music, his jokes, calls him cool. he looks up to him with the uncomplicated admiration sam had for dean as a kid. that’s the fantasy dean is most vulnerable to, so that’s the desire the siren taps into. this longing for a sam who still needs, obeys, and loves him the way dean yearns for.
Amen!
I love how they put all the sins behind Saileen line on Jared. Bad acting?( It's not) - Jared! Eileen didn't end up with Sam? Also bloody misogynist Jared! Eileen was killed off in 12-th season? Also Jared's fault! But the truth is - Sam loved her his whole being, there was tone of chemistry and cute interactions, he was mourning her no less than Dean in 15x18. And in chaos that was Sam's ending i blame only the screenwriters.
dean is a mirror of john and sam parallels mary but i fear we may not be ready for that conversation
Sooooo I finally finished the spn finale. What. There were soooo many problems but my main wtf? Why did Sam have a MASSIVE portrait of his brother, mom, and abusive dad???? And no noticeable pictures of his wife (blurry or not)?? In his shared home there were more pictures of his dead family than his literal wife and son. Why. Who does that???
Say it louder! I talked about it for months, but everyone looks at me like I'm lunatic.
Hey, Sam.
Billie in Form and Void (11x02): Best of SPN Ladies [240/?]
I miss John. I miss my boys. […] In my head. But I’m still mourning them as I knew them. My baby Sam. My little boy Dean. Just feels like yesterday, we were together in Heaven, and now…I’m here, and John is gone, and they’re gone. And every moment I spend with you reminds me every moment I lost with them.
