Is it worth it to know?

This year taught me that isolation is a great cure from all the pain and sufferings you have inside your heart. Yet, it could also be the other way around.
For the first time, I took the treasure that I hid in the deepest layer I digged. I never even thought that this time would come. I threw away the key a long time ago but I knew and I still do know what's inside it. I know it so well that I find it hard to forget no matter how much I try to do so.

Expectations and standards are getting higher but you are still on the same level as you were before. Time is passing by so fast but you are stuck and can't move. Everything around you is changing and you are not.
Thinking about all those things is just making you feel down and sad. Try not to and just go with the flow, simply do what's on your mind and heart. Eventually you'd see yourself looking back to your level 1 self and say "Wow, I made through it all".

Always remember that what you do to others will come back to you. I don't really get the point of disrespecting those who are younger than you, those with fresh minds. You are not training them to be stronger, you are just showing them how big your head is with bunch of certificates waiving on top of it.
Let them grow individually and as a team. Guidance is what they need, not wrong accusations and nonsense talks. I don't talk back but when you ask me to, then get ready. You can't just step on to anyone like that. I won't let you anymore.
It is exhausting and lonesome to throw away a connection with someone. However, if you found out that you have sickness that is draining you, wouldn’t you do anything to treat the disease? Abandon what’s torturing you and start healing.
It’s okay and you are normal for hurting so much over cutting them off.
Stop sharing websites with free psychological tests to self-diagnose and also posting the screenshots of your results as these will have big implications if you would use it personally without having qualified professional to guide you.
I've seen posts from some people that they are starting to feel bothered with their results. Don't rely on the results of only one test because there has to be more data gathered to assess one's mental health state.
If you don't feel okay and not in good mental health state, seek professional help. Keep going.
There comes a time when you doubt the purpose of what you’re doing, if it’s still worth it or if it still makes you happy. You try to remember why you chose this path but everything seems blurry.
I cooked tocino, longganisa, and 1 bowl of fried rice that I couldn't resist. Losing weight is hard when there are temptations anywhere and knowing I am marupok when it comes to arroz. Need to lose 10 kgs so it will be a lot easier to rappel + even if I want to, I feel lazy to workout because of the weather.

Since we are back in MECQ, it is mandatory for me to join webinars as physical trainings are not allowed.
Last night, it started at 8:00 PM. The topic was really nice and fun. The trainer looked like my professor in college (my crush — doc g) and even sounded like him too which made it more interesting. It ended at around 12:30 AM but unfortunately I still had to join another meeting. It was so late already and I was damn sleepy. In the middle of the meeting, I fell asleep. Good thing my microphone and video were turned off, so it was okay. I woke up at around 4:30 AM and surprisingly the meeting hasn't ended yet. I couldn't take it anymore so I ended the call and slept. The meeting actually ended at 7:00 AM like wtf? Why?
I know that this is part of the training but still, don't they need to sleep as well? Tbh, I didn't learn anything from the second meeting because it was draining. Wish me luck on my next exam.
Here I am scrolling through shopee and lazada, adding things in my cart that I don't even need. My impulsive ass is at its finest every damn time most especially when it's sale.
I swear, I can do a haul with all the parcels I receive almost everyday. I should delete this app even if it is helping me in coping up with stress. Haha, keep calm self. Fight the temptations.
The Captivity
When I was younger, I was a fan of zoos. I loved feeding and touching animals and as a kid, I wasn't scared. I got a soft heart and I really did love those beautiful creatures. Ever since, my parents already opened my heart to share love even to animals.
Everytime we go out of town, we make sure to visit animal parks and farms. It was fun seeing them until I realized how bad captivity is to animals. My favorite killer whale, Tilikum, died because of some health problems and too much stress as he was in captivity for 34 years. He spent most of his life performing in a damn show. His death was an eye opener to me that animals deserve to be kept in the wild where they really belong. Yes, it is fun seeing them but they have a life to live as well.
Recently, there are photos and videos of an ostrich running around a village that are circulating on facebook with captions like "this is what we need right now". Ostriches are not pets, okay? Leave them to where they should be.

There are people who won't stop bringing you down but remember that you are tough. Know that other people's opinions don't matter because you are controlling and deciding for your own life. Focus on your goals and make all your dreams a reality. Werk it and surprise them!

Go take tons of photo of your self with or without filters, with or without make up. Just don't stop doing whatever makes you feel good and good for your soul. You are beautiful. 🤍
