Where I'm at is acknowledging Dee is playing a good game so far, but also simultaneously rooting for her demise.
I don't like it when wins come easy so if she faces some legitimate challenges and adversity - I can root for her.
To Address My Own Hypocrisy: I was actively rooting for Vince and Morgan last season even though they were dominating a ton of comps, but that was more so my soap would stay on the air rather than rooting for one of them to actually win the whole shebang.

Random Premiere Thoughts
Why you gotta get my hopes up like that, Big Brother?
I will say that was a very good fake out and a funny camp moment.
Jason and La Trice, the first rule of BB Club, is you don't talk about people you can't trust/who you want out in front of others on the FIRST night.
I find 1 particular man very handsome, but I am not naming him until live feeds come on and I can vet what he is actually like as a person.
Ashley's kind of dumb, y'all.
I strongly disagree with RHAP's take that super fans know best and that Angela being on this season is good for the show. I'm picky about the seasons I watch, but when I'm in it - I'm in it and I don't think Angela adds value to this season.
Angela's cheer after Rachel's demise - blech. I wish it had been her instead.
I do not care about these Survivor people. I think the dude is gonna get cagey real quick.
I hate how the newbies don't get a chance to be HOH.
Dream season would be production not involving themselves at all in the game (unless there's a safety concern). Just let the people play and stay out of it.
I thought it was cute that Mallory wanted to be Lyric's friend, but somebody was saying it was stalker-y. I guess I'm alone in my social awkwardness because there have been many times I've met someone and hoped we'd become friends. So I felt Mallory here - you never know for sure if someone wants to be your friend or is just being polite. But it is kind of early on for that type of feeling - how well can she really know Lyric?
Melody seems like a beyotch and not a fun one.
Drew is 22 and gets a little grace just for being so darn young. Being talkative isn't a crime. (Or I'd be serving a 50 year stint).
Premiere Rating: 7 out of 10
Side Note: Did anyone else think RHAP was weird last night? The vibes were off. I felt like Melissa got "reprimanded" for having her toddler on the show the night before since she muted herself and explained he broke into the room. And Rob seemed put out about some comment she'd made about a couple Survivor people earlier in the podcast. He told her pretty firmly to stop. I don't know. I might be reading too much into it, but she was quiet after that happened. And when she'd try to talk the men spoke over her. That was frustrating. I like her opinions.

Other Thoughts:
TVLine has Angela and some Survivor guy, Rick as other houseguests. Reddit seems to believe some chick named, Dee, from The Challenge (I haven't watched in a few years) will also be on the show. I don't care about any of these people. If they're gonna bring someone from The Challenge, it should be Bananas.
I'm underwhelmed by this cast, but I hope to be proven wrong. I think BB27 was a strange stroke of luck - Rachel Reilly, Vince and Morgan, Ashley, Keanu, weird ol' bug collecting Kelly... The feeds were so good right up to the last minute.
I'm not a fan of bringing back returning players unless they're iconic iconic like Dr. Will or Rachel or Britney.
