Yo-chan opens his mouth to address what Hana says, hearing more inconsistencies in comparison to what he knows of his own world, but he stops upon hearing the third member of their group speak up. His mouth closes as he looks toward the unicorn, letting the other’s musings sink in. The Magician stays silent for a few moments before a new conversation path becomes apparent to him.

“…All right then, I have a question of my own now.”  the colt speaks up, taking a few steps closer to Princey. “I want you to spill whatever it is you and that Shadow group are doing.”

>Looking at Yo-chan before looking over to Princey, Hana wondered where this topic was going. It sounded interesting as it was, even though he had no idea what either of them were going on about. Just sitting on the spot, he simply watched the exchange between the colt to see if he could pick up on what’s going on.

It’s a group that my sempai organized to keep normal citizens safe from shadows and on occasions, demons. I can’t exactly tell why it exist, not because I don’t trust you, but because it’s too convoluted to understand. All I know is that the original founders who researched the existence of demons have screwed up, and now my sempai are trying to fix things. I’m technically still a member but I don’t go on missions as often as I did, not since that last battle when…when Yu was still around.

'So the case won't be the last time Shadows get involved with ponies...' the male thinks to himself as Princey begins to explain. Though... demons as well? That sounds fun. But before he can make any sarcastic remarks aloud or ask for clarification on some things, the unicorn's behavior catches his eye. Past conversations once again come to the forefront of the Hanamura's memory as he frowns.

"Now that I think about it..." he starts a bit slowly, "Whenever we'd talk about our Partners, you'd always avoid talking about the Yu from your side of things. What exactly happened to him...?"

Having turned his head away, the Shadow prepared for Syuu to do just as he said and continue on without a reply to his comment, left alone to continue lounging about outside the store. But instead, it seems as if the other is in no rush. Still, it isn’t enough to get the lazy pony looking up again.

“Nice to hear that you’re not like that annoying doppleganger of yours, then. Pretty sure he might molest my host one of these days.”

“No he won’t.”

A tiny shrug. He really had nothing better to do at the moment. Much as he missed a certain friend of his, talking to the pony might kill some boredom of his.

"Then pass along the message for him to quit it." The Shadow Magician pauses before finally lifting his head back up to stare at the other. "Weren't you going somewhere?"

“Good.” the male replies, not sounding vicious. In fact, the pony sounds rather bored as he continues. “If you came looking for me to hump your leg or something, you’d be out of luck.”

He puts his head back down, cradling it with his front legs.

“Oh please.” he rolled his eyes. “I’m not some desperate moron.”

Though the other’s movements left him relatively confused.

The four-legged Shadow senses the other’s approach down the twisted shopping district’s road a few moments before the sound of his footsteps reach his ears. Situated by the liquor store with a rather uneventful day behind him, the pony lifts his head, glancing in Syuu’s direction. As the other draws closer and he’s able to recognize the short Shadow, he silently gives the other a deadpan stare, bordering on a glare.

“…”

“…Take a picture. It lasts longer.” Despite not seeing this shadow in months, Syuu’s dislike for the other was still there. Hand still in his pocket, he spoke up again.

“Now before you ask, I’m just passin’ through.”

The Reversed World sat up, clearly comfortable enough to land into the other world this time around. It wasn’t out of boredom, no. It was because he felt like exploring some of the old domains. No one would bother him anyway.

Or so he hoped.

Sliding a hand in his pocket, he proceeded to walk down the path Yu would remember as bright as day.

With Hyu's question, the pony rolls his eyes, having expected it. "No."

Yosuke turns a bit red in the face, averting his gaze. Still, he answers honestly. “Y-yeah…we are. Don’t know how that’s cute, though…”

“Cute as in…I’m happy you found someone to like.” Saki smiled. “I hope he treats you well…hm, well of course you would. You’ve got good tastes.”

Her words are enough to get the four-legged male looking in her direction again. His face is still showing signs of being flustered, perhaps even moreso than just moments before. After a moment, his gaze falls south.

"Thanks. I hope things work out better, too."
