When I am drawing, painting or creating in anyway I usually have music on in the background. Usually oldies or jazz or blues, sometimes classical, but no matter the genre, the music always seems to affect my art.

"BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY GOES BOHUNK FUNK"

I am half Bohemian (Czechoslovakian) on my mother's side. My mom used to call us Bohunks, a somewhat iffy term used for people from the small Slavic country of Bohemia, now part of Czechoslovakia. Every time I hear "Bohemian Rhapsody" my slightly twisted mind thinks "Bohunk Rhapsody".

Interestingly enough, the term "bohemian" is generally attributed to avant-garde, free spirited, non-conformist types, especially artists.

I guess that makes me a bohemian Bohemian.
