I recently returned to my old college where I first started photography at the tender age of 16. I don't remember looking as young and fresh faced as those students, but I do remember feeling particularly awesome in a blazer that said 'My mum says I'm cool'. Oh how ironic I was back then.

Tonight I stumbled across one of my first photography projects; I had taken hundreds of colour slides (such a luxury!) of the insides of peoples fridges. I can't for the life of me remember why, I shall have to delve deep into my old journals to find reason, if there even was one...

Novak Djokovic has won the longest Grand Slam final in history...So I don't really follow the tennis, however just got a new flat round the corner from some courts. Looking forward to lighter evenings and working on my serve.

The Animated GIF Exhibition by Pieterjan Grandry.

Pieterjan Grandry succeeded to build a device capable of playing animated gifs, incorporating led lights, microchips and magnetic sensors. The Gif player is a wooden box, much like a turntable, with a dimmer to adjust the speed of the animation and a small looking hole in the front.

In my office (as with many I'm sure) we love to circulate pointless Gifs. This is trés cool!

I want to live in paradise, surf, practise yoga and eat loads of fresh pineapple. Oh and do some photography too!
