I set many goals for the year, one of them was to crochet 5th year house scarfs for all my muggle mates. (I don’t have many of them, so this seemed like an achievable goal.) So far I’ve finished a Hufflepuff, a Slytherin, and two Gryffindor scarfs. Only 2 more Slytherins, a Ravenclaw, and an ‘undecided’ to go! I’m sure there’s already a thousand patterns available, but I’m listing mine anyway if only for myself. In case by some miracle my friends land a date or collect a new friend, and I need to make another one.
Crochet Hook- Size K
2 Skeins- 1 of each color, main & coordinate
Ch 15, DC 5 Rows, Change color (carry main), SC 1 row( coord), DC 1 row (main), SC 1 row coord, and repeat for 9 more stripes, making 10 sets of stripes all together. This will make an 82 inch scarf-not including the tassels.
