Installed one of these Broadlink Kits from smikbox in my home in less than an hour. Very simple and works well, have managed to control from my phone and set up a series of steps.
THEN: Connected to Google Assist using Tasker, so I can speak to my house using my phone. It was easier to do that I thought!

This my next project, remote control of lighting is important for business and home, for security, convenience, entertainment and more… I hope to see more sample projects like this.
My cafe needs this automation as well, we run 150 covers a day, and I cant be there all the time. I would love to control power and lighting remotely, plus set up schedules. Liking LifeStyleGadgets project 3 as well.
