Haven’t done blood work yet
Aug 31st
20 days of eating meat, fat, drinking alcohol and not working out. So today was 190.5. I need to get back at it to lower my tri. level for a blood test. So back at it. Here’s to 180 in a month.

Really have not been strict on the diet. Starting this week pure and should see some good weight loss during the next month if I hold it together.

Well, most of March was a bust. Ate like crazy in Hawaii. Feeling pretty good about not gaining weight back, so not to upset about things. Slow and sustainable is the new mantra.
Back to the grind.

OK so 190.5 this morning.
Would be cool if I can stay on this stricter form of the diet for a month. No reason I couldn't lose a lot of weight. Say 10 pounds by March 20th.
Rebuilding confidence at the gym is helping too. But still only doing 2 days a week. Running felt good, so I think I will start that again.
Feb 18th
191 this morning. So that is new records.
I will lose more weight if I don't a more strict version of the diet, which is no alcohol or fats or tofu. Otherwise it still works as a pretty good mantience diet.
Forgot potatoes at home, so I'm eating pure white rice for lunch.
Feb 10th
Been a lot a fooling around. Still getting drunk every Saturday. Stand here today at 194. Almost 3lbs of bloating yesterday. These 4 day hangover's really suck too. I need to try to not binge drink. Also need to a couple days at a time of a more strict diet to help lose a few more pounds.
Feb 2nd
Weight is 193lbs. So 7.5lbs lost in 29 days. No reason to stop now since I'm losing weight and the diet is fairly easy to do. Really looking forward to breaking the 190 barrier.
Jan 21st
Weight is 195. It was actually that on Sunday but it went back up. This was due to drinking heavily on Saturday and eating hangover food on Sunday. Didn't eat any meat, but did a lot of Thai food. In any case total weight loss is 5.5lbs.

Started the day 196.5
Decent amount of weight loss, would like a bit more.
Russet's seem to be the only variety that doesn't make me feel sick.

OK it's Tuesday now. Going to try 3 days of pure potatoes. Kinda of a intense feeling. Everything seems so sharp and clear. Yesterday was mostly potatoes but I had some butternut squash and some mandarins. Also planning on eating a Brazil nut a day.

Weight 200.5 kicking off the diet after a liong holiday. all vegetables today. Had a no fat yorgurt.
