Heres a quick intro and some info abt me
- I have insulin resistance so i'm prescribed mounjaro for weight loss
- Im 5'7 and im starting at 79.5 kgs
- I take wellbutrin and vyvanse which also lower my appetite
- Decided to commit to this as my meds and my depression have made it easier than ever to restrict and i'll be fucking damned if I don't take advantage of it.
- GW: 60 kgs, UGW: 50 kgs

sorry I haven't done an accountability post for last week my life has been terrible so i'm not in the mood sorry
ugh pissed asf cause I wanted to go straight home but my mom wanted burgers and we're at the burger joint and I have to wait till they finish their burgers while I have diet coke... I don't even want burgers but like man fuck you
the weight i lost
The weight I lost over a semester in college––having started the semester wedging myself into the narrow seat of a history class, stomach bulging over my belt, skinny guys glancing at me once and then forgetting I even existed, I was filled with insatiable jealousy––but just one semester.
Within a few months I was peering back over a tack sharp jaw, light in my seat, and with the tightest waist and flattest stomach that maybe anyone had ever seen.
My clothes finally settled on a thing I loved and wanted to share with the world––and I miss it.
feeling free in unexpected moments––when a strong wind blew my shirt tight against my body and a ghost of me tried to pull it away he learned he didn't need to anymore.
…and I felt beautiful even before I found people had started looking twice.
I will experience that again. I will be happy.
