and actually feel somewhat prepared for once. will be locking tf in to get this review done today
venting time;
godddddd trying to focus has been so hard. i can genuinely feel my brain splitting trying to force myself to focus past a certain time but i have to cos it's work + i'd like to be productive and keep to schedule.
i know i'll get there eventually if i'm kind to myself and actual work WITH my brain rather than AGAINST it, but still that's a lot easier said than done.
anyway, the best i can do is try, assess, tweak and try again. eventually i'll build a routine that works for me 👍🏿
ughh but now i don't wanna goooo 😭
okay so worked some at the cafe, walked and showered and ate. idk why i even bothered setting up here, i should really be at the library rn.
in fact....! yup the library closes at 8pm today we'll go work there in a bit 👍🏿
made a good amount of progress work wise today. caught up on most all my emails from being out last week too 💪🏿
decided i'm gonna go for a jog during my lunch break (or a walk depending on if my friend answers the phone) then probably continue working from home orrrrr maybe go to the library orrrrr maybe the smoothie shop (havent decided yet) have never done a poll before and will likely make a decision regardless of these results BUT, for funsieeees

today will be good! first day back at work in a few days! honestly will have to just ignore my email cos i know i'm behind on a couple projects. i'll read them but respond later.

1) take a shower 2) put on comfy clothes 3) feed cats 4) wash the dishes 5) wash my clothes 6) tidy up my room and bathroom 7) update my calendar for the next few days 8) make a cup of chai 9) pay some bills 10) catch up on a bit of work
seems like a lot but i think it'll be fiiiiiiine
actually feeling pretty good this morning! still going to try to take it easy since i'm just coming back from a pretty rough go of it the last week or so.
it's like 6am and there's a lottt i wanna do today -- but first, i want to just relax for another 40 mins to an hour. enjoy the morning.
i think i do wanna get used to proper journaling with short texts, vids, audios and photos just to keep romanticizing work which i tend to go back and forth on.
but for now, rest. >>>

this week shoould be alright i think. catching up on work stuff (feels like i just got caught up too) this week so not worrying as much about my schedule and just gonna focus on getting the work done.
like rn its 9am and i think i'll probably work on and off until 9pm tonight :,)
okay so update -- got into a bit of a heavy conversation with fam and ended up taking a mental health day for the rest of today. will likely still do some work later on but for now: caught up with a co-worker, washed all the dishes, and hanging out with cats 🙏🏿
