The summer is the only time when you can happily do yoga outside at sunrise and not regret the first 10 minutes before you warm up.  And, only on the solstice in the middle of Manhattan, can you experience a session amongst the distractions of traffic. As a solstice tradition, Mind Over Madness Yoga is hosted in the very heart of Times Square. It is very soothing to be able to calm your mind, literally on the street midst of the incredibly hectic traffic of midtown Manhattan.
