Olivia had nothing with her but a small bag slung over her shoulder, the strap going across her chest. She was heading home for a few days to see her father, and m a y b e her younger siblings, u n l e s s they had left home as well. Olivia pushed open the front door and stepped into the house. The musty smell, with a hint of cinnamon brought back old m e m o r i e s, and she smiled. She walked slowly into the living room, her boots making soft thuds on the floor, and s u n l i g h t from the windows shone through, making little swirls of d u s t.

                  "Hello, dad? Anyone h o m e?"

v; Not Home At All || Storybrooke verse

Owen arrived in Storybrooke through the Evil Queen's curse. Once the curse broke, the first thing he did was look for his brother. It took him all of ten minutes to figure out that Killian was still in the enchanted forest, and that he had no family. He ended up following The Charmings and Emma around, trying to figure out a way to get back to the Enchanted Forest. He nearly got back once, when Regina used the hat to try and banish something to the Enchanted forest. Emma and Snow fell in, but the by the time Owen got near he portal, it closed.

While searching for a way back to the forest, he works as a bartender. Time and time again, he's asked to be co-sherriff, or even deputy, or just get a job helping out. He figured that working alongside Emma would get him a way back to the Enchanted Forest, and his brother.

When Killian finally came to Storybrooke with Cora, Owen didn't approach him immediately, but bided his time until he could find a way to get through to Killian, to make him believe that what he was doing was wrong. During this time, Owen developed a hatred for Cora, because she was manupulating his brother.

           "That's me!" Owen grinned, "A c t u a l l y,                i've been in town for quite some time.                    I came in with Regina's curse."

//just think about all the shit that would have not happened if Owen had been an actual character. For example, Owen came in with Regina's curse, so when Killian came to Storybrooke with Cora, he probably would have gotten through to his brother and made him realize that Cora shouldn't be trusted. Also, when Rumple had Killian's heart, Owen would have noticed that something was wrong long before anyone else. Because Owen has basically known Killian his whole life. He would have known something was wrong from the first moment.
