I have not felt this bad in a long time. I feel very depressed, useless and out of energy. The worst part is this realisation, that I spent my entire life sitting in my head. I can’t get out of there, I can’t be normal like everyone else. No amount of meds will fix me.

My food aversion is back again. Eating is a bother. I can't eat soup, fish or pork. On some days any type of meat is out of the question (or any type of food really, I just eat a fistful of cornflakes so I can get breakfast over with). My family always scolds me for 'wasting so much food'. 

On the other hand,I love coffee. I could drink it all the time.
