Test Taking Strategies: The Final Countdown

So this is the last Test Prep post. Go ahead and cry a little.

So this post will work like a countdown, I suggest spending 5-10 min. on EACH activity in a section.

1 minute power meditation on sucess
Simple yoga moves, If you have a bit of room I suggest Cat and Dog, Cobra pose, Pigeon pose, Tree pose, and Downward facing dog, Or the entire Sun Salutation. If you are going to be stared at awkwardly try Child's pose, Warrior's pose, Sky reaching pose, Forward fold, and finish with Namaste.

Come up with catchy ways to remember
Try to remember the beginning of the year
Look over a review sheet
